Corey: Tentatively, GMM is sept. 13th at Sasona, date may change due to ongoing construction projects.

Ivy: treasurer special election ongoing per board motion to vacate the house treasurer position at the last board meeting. nominations will be open for 3 days, after which time if no valid nomination is received (meaning an individual's name written down with their signature) by that time, nominations will remain open on a rolling basis and corey will handle all treasurer responsibilities until a new treasurer is elected. if you are interested, please sign up!

(Frog) renegotiate payment plan

Frog: i was bullied into quitting my job, and Nynke was fired due to improperly filed FMLA paperwork which has made paying rent difficult, but we are already on a payment plan so we would need to renegotiate our plan. i am actively looking for work and we are in touch with several rental assistance programs so we would definitely be able to make payments if we were allowed to sign a new, 2 year lease.

Nick: how much is owed?

Corey: total $6237.67 current monthly rent is $806.67 plus an additional $260 =$1066.67

Frog: from what ive seen, rental assistance programs in austin would also be able to help with the amount of money i need, and i do not plan on leaving unless there is a massive disaster

Diane: i want yall to stay, but a lot of ppl owe a lot of money, and having proof of income would help. would tabling it for a week be okay?

Frog: yeah, i think that would be fair; i feel pretty good about the place, but serenity is going for the same job.

Nick: where is the place, and what is the wage like? no other expenses

Frog: Spec's, and the wage is salary twice monthly. if we wanna table it until after my interview/have a NTV so folks feel more certain about my income+assistance situation thats fine with me. i wont let it sit too far past next week.

Don: i noticed a leak in my unit coming from upstairs.

Serenity: Maintenance Coordinator let me know that a plumber is coming by on Monday and Wednesday to fix leaks.
