Nick (2nd Meeting) - looking to move in ASAP, prefer a whole unit if possible, but will take a room if that's what's available.

(Toast) - Juneteenth cookout! Toast will man a grill, bring out grilling materials, sides and drinks

(Reyna) - Rent is going up July 1st, instead of meeting individually, she will clip addendums to people's door's. Fill out your part of it and clip it to Reyna's door.

(Bernard) - When we have a surplus of KAF, we're sharing with our neighbors. It'll come out to the courtyard to share with them.

(Richard) - We used to take a wagon across the street - we can start doing that again.

(Mikayla & Aaron) - We have wagons!

(Robbie) Renegotiate payment plan due to an issue resulting from digital payment errors.

(Robbie) For first two months on payment plan, made payment on time. Due to digital errors, both payments bounced back, and the money was gone before I realized it. I should have received a notice to vacate - but I'd like to renegotiate my payment plan. I can make it work. I don't want to get kicked out.

(Corey) - Robbie currently owes $5278.99 Voided payments in Feb and March. April $322.15; May no payment; June $400 payment.

(Robbie) - I'm paying another $400 in about a week.

(Corey) - Big payment in December of $1500, but not otherwise consistent payment amounts, so not sure what the agreed upon payment plan.

(Robbie) - Hoping to go back to the 2-year plan before we make changes July 1st.

(Corey) - $825/month with new rent rate for 2 years.

(Robbie) - I can make that happen.

Payment plan passed.

(Corey) - Accountant has been auditing our security and pet deposits - a lot of people haven't paid pet deposits, or it hasn't been logged. Currently not doing anything, but we might be coming to folks in the future to figure out pet deposits, and overpaid/underpaid deposits in general.
