Violating CHEA’s Harassment policy -harassment of members, including: 1.Undated (2024) incident of Leah refusing to leave a member’s unit and arguing with said member through their bedroom door after being asked to leave. 2.Undated (Sept 2025) social media post using derisive and accusatory language about a member. -sexual harassment toward two members, including: 1.April 26, 2025 incident of non-consensual touching 2.Sept 12, 2025 unwanted sexual text message 3.Sept 25, 2025 social media post inappropriately referencing a member’s sexuality. -creating a hostile living environment 1.intimidation 2.repeated unwanted communications to multiple members 3.bullying members

Uncooperative behavior -disrupting house processes, including: 1.Removing a posted member review. 2.December 21, 2025 using aggressive tones with a member and disrupting the house meeting process. 3.Disrupting a member review at Sasona. 4.Disrupting a house meeting to shout at a member about the no-show they had written

before starting all non members must leave. cory gave a breif overveiw of process before starting process and doig vote. asked if anyone who brought up review would speak. serinity brought up points of 2024 event of leah not leaving someones home when asked to leave. kate offered further details and screenshots and decided to email it out the contact list. jeb asked if anyone wanted to speak on the first point before giving leah chance to rebutle. joy spoke about first pint in review stating they dated at the time and offten would argue. during argument asked leah to leave 111 and leah did not leave and spoke through the bedroom door and continued argument. leah spoke on her side of first point saying regretted arfument and didnt remeber was about, apologized at the time, and tried to not repaeat it.

point 2 is sep 2025 leah made social media post about memeber using derogatory langue and kate reminds that all can see it in email right now. joy spoke about having a text conversation a week prior and asked for space from leah. and felt that leah talked to other members about their relationship and personal business joy didnt want as co-op business. joy asked leah not to share with other members. post was disturbing for joy. deemed public post inapropiate. leah spoke that she was hurt when making the post and states intent of post was not to be negative but simply venting. joy spoke more about screenshot that leah insinuated that was being forced to a meeting with portland comrad rat king. leah says that when altercation with natilie over text was when she felt threatened and handled it poorly when not in a space to handle communications or boundries at the time. leah was open to amediated meeting with said comrad because it's someone they knew. leah siad they couldn't handle a meeting at the time. frog spoke that were suggested as mediator but comrad person was just a made up suggestion. natilie suggested jeb, reyna, and other members. natilie wanted the meeting to stop text harassment from over a week. leah didn't understand they were asked to stop texting and felt the harassment and bullying was going both ways. reyna says there was an offer for mediation, but leah said at last meeting there wasn't a mediation suggestion. leah says didn't know jeb att ime, and texted saying yes to meeting and text about apologizing and setting a meeting. leah asked jeb again in october for meeting but was not fulfilled. natilie says leah asked why this was ahouse issue through text. frog explained mediation is aprocess for house and for anyone as first step to resolution on inter personal conflict. leah says paraniod and in a bad place and didn't fully see at the time. leah wanted reassuarance is wasn't a house matter. kate says that in text converstaion joy asked 3 times for texting to not happen about the matter. the conversation was sent through screenshots. leah responds should have handled it differently. and didn't know the pint behind the meeting ask. agreed she didn't respond appropriatly. joy says they didn't post publicaly about leah. countered that natilie first suggested mediation in the haraament text. leah repsonds that natilie was the one making comments online, not joy. frog comments that leah self admitted she “blew up” over asked mediation. leah says tried to leave all involved alone. cory says sounds like based on timeline was attempt at mediation that fell through and then no contact asked and failed. natilie says her public post were about another matter, and she didn't want mediation and when asked was responded with explicits through text. leah says thought things were blowing over after not contacting. leah apologizes. natalie says comments made at memorial were negative. quinn offers an idea that converstaoins through text are taking longer and move on to next point. joy offers to read a paragragh written about the harrasment.

point 3 of sexual harrassment with non consentual touching, unwated sexual text, and social media post about memebers sexuality. joy read her subnapsis on her harrassment. will email it to the contact list. leah says she did understand reyna was a communication person at the time. and felt her home was feeling hostile also. she felt shut out of events and stated that only at the memorial. leah says felt like made those concerns known at an eriliar time too. leah says felt like didn't pressure joy about attending events both parties would be present at. leah says felt hurt and envious after hearing about events after and apologizes she didn't handle herself well at that time. leah says party invites for personal event was a shot at making amends. and that she made it known ahead of time that sexual elemnts were going to be at said personal party. leah says dodn't know was a hardship for natalie at the personal party at that time.leah felt that natalie was nagtive towards her at that time. leah thought that she made apologies after said party and didn't know it wasn't resolved. robbie says that he might have started coversation at the paul memorial. frog says their comments is leah didn't clarify sexual activity at the personal party and gave their own perspective. leah responds that she agrees with frog and thinks things sprialed out of their control after that personal party. reyna says the isssue isn't witness of kink but contact during the party that was unwanted. leah's partner spoke that they also were at personal party. quinn asked for claraficatoin from leah about frogs comments that leah felt threatened. leah responds that conversation started with joy about natlie that she felt the said aloud goodbye at personal party in a very negative way that continued past the personal party. leah says felt her mistake at the personal party felt would lead to being left out of her community. quinn says that consent should be specific. leah agrees with quinns point that acceptance to the party was not consent to contact. quinn feels that there was false accusatory of threats towards leah. leah agrees with quinn and apologizes for contact. natalie comments felt pressure to accept the contact. leah apologizes and expalined was not in normal mind state. joy says that false equivalance of leah saying “threats” was just no contact and not athreat. joy says that apologies from leah to natalie about the party event was an explicit. cory reads text exchange between natalie and leah about the personal party and contact event that he thinks leah minimilized her actions towards natalie. leah agrees that she minimized natalies feelings of the event. leah again apologizes and gives explanation that wasn't in their right mind frame. frog says they agree with corys point and in mediation with serinity that leah has problem with confrontaion on personal level. leah responds that she ackknowledges was a serious problem and did say they are seeking support and attempting admends to other parties. serenity says leah is deflecting with “do not recall”. leah responds that she knows about the problems and felt she had lost her community to speak with.

point 4 creating a hostile living enviroment including threats, reapeated unwanted communications. bernard says that meeting he held few weeks ago leah became agressive and negative towards another member with intimidation and loud voice rasing. leah responds was upset and felt blindsided by that meeting anouncment. leah says felt isolated out of the co-op community. elia says leah is gving excuses based on not wanting to be percieved and pointed out a pattern. leah responds that not right mind frame isn't an excuse.

point 5 uncooperative behavoir of removing a posted member reveiw post, disrupting meetings. cory says if subjective to a member reveiw you are not to remove it, to ask steward to remove or fix it instead. leah responds that thought was ok to take down based on defacment and apologizes for it. states again that needs a clear reveiw of process of member review. bernard says he said not to take it down, why was still on the door. and remids no one should remove anything for community from the door. frog ask who defaced the review. reyna says at the meeting the was valid before redoing review docs. jeb ask if anymore need to speak on it. cory says that disrupting member reveiw at sosona was a tense enviroment and leah was arguing with sosona board member which lead to raised voices and took up extra time. leah responds that she didn't know was such negativity after said meeting. kate says regarding sosona meeting that was brought to the board the negativity of leahs actions at the meeting. jess asked for context about the meetings. told their was minutes for those meetings to read seperatley. cory says was aserious meeting and leahs actions were phsycial and loud voices was inappropeiate, especially as baord rep. leah responds didn't recall or intend to be inaapropriate. reyna says doesn't like statemnt that meetings get heated made by leah. bernard says leah was agressive at meetings that facilitator had to leave meeting themselves because of behavior. and that at previous member reveiw he too was loud once and saw that action was not acceptable. frog agrees with bernard and that previous behavoir is not justifications of actions. cory says that the no show write up was a shouting match, and disapproves of leahs comments on meeting. he gave personal comments about anger issue with leah after said meeting. leah responds that her activities were not appropiate. vote to extend meeting to 9:30, passes. frog says they facilitated the said meeting and emailed leah after about behavoir and read email aloud. frog points out pattern of behavoir in meetings. leah responds with agreement to frog and says seeking support to improve these behavoirs. quinn ask for calrification of email about what was said from cory to leah. leah responds doesn't remeber what was said. kate says tried to verify what was said at the meeting between the two and doesn't believe was a direct threat of evection. frog says that leah should take consequences of their actions. leah responds that she agrees. cory says he thinks leah takes conversations with people in colfict with her in a way that is not fair. leah responds she has moved past that meeting and feelings around it. frog says they keep hearing “heated moment” and sees a pattern of the behavior. leah responds that she tried to keep perspective and that thiings were brought up after she thought it was resolved, and that it's a pattern for her. frog says should be up to vitims if the matter is public or not, hence why the vote at this meeting tonight. leah responds that she agrees and felt harrassed overall. natalie says their was attempt at mediation over event that leah was left out of. leah responds that they were dependant on said event and didn't feel comfortable talking to others involved about it. bernard says leah stated the event happened months ago and should't be relevevant. and feels leah is'nt accepting resposibility. leah responds doesn't feel should be debated currently. and that she felt hurt at the time and apologized again. frog says brought up leah was seen as difficult to confront and provided examples including emails and mediation between serinity and frog. leah responds that she remebers said meeting differently and coreccted what she thought. voted to extend to 9:45 and passed. leahs final words that this is eye opening and feeling isoliated and confused didn't bring out the best in them. acknowledges her mistakes and actions and apologizes. leah is asked to leave for discussion about them. jeb says options are to do nothing, have a behavior contract made, or evict and non member. cory says that there is a patteren of behavior over the year, and actions and behavior recently of good behavior do not make right the previous actions. frog says last statement said by leah was just deflection on leahs part. and that even if their is acommentment to change, the pattern stands and could possibly cause more harm in community and organization. kate says clarifying that even though colby and leah are moving out, leah is still a board rep and leah wants to stay on as an associate member even though moving out. joy says the pattern of deflection, denying onleahs part shows she isn't a safe member to have around. quinn asked natalie if she wanted to coninue iwth community, natalie says yes. quinn points out that no consent sexual activity is unacceptable behavior and rude to natalie if leah stays. colby says discussed with leah about staying on board, leah wishes to stay on the board. colby says co-op is not right place for leah right now. ivy says ethicaly leah should not remain on board for hardships would create for other board members. cory says how we vote communicates our opinions to others outside the organiztion also. bernard says nothing was said about incidents until review was posted on the door, and doesn't think keeping leah as board rep will work out and will result in conflict. robbie says even if goal was to be kind to leah, facing consequences could be best for leah to move on. jeb ask anyone else has anything to say, no one does. straw poll asked for do nothing, 1 vote behavior contract 8 votes,eviction 18 votes. getting paper for votes. paper ballots were cast. bernard counts votes and frog counts votes. 17 yes, 3 no, 3 abstain bernard. frog has same count. eviction carries.

(Tif) Adrian is interested in becoming a CHEA Community Board Rep.

Adrian spoke on himself about being in community for years aind interest in being a board rep. he's been here with co-op since conception. like to put know how and capacity to the co-op. adrian in contact with david about being board rep. he's going to sosona next.

ivy will get short bio from him to send to sosona before voting starts. ivy explained the process for him and everyone to hear. adrian left.

(Quinn Best) short term move-out request

quin is moving out, has apace lined up with move out date of estimated Feb 11th. asked if needed to vote to move out. kate said don't need to be approved to move out, just need to approve no contract break fee of 100 dollars. kate explained need 40 days to not need approved for move out contract break fee. quinn saying to request the feb 14th as a move out date. asking for people to vote on the move out time. kate says should do a quick vote on proposal: quinn moves out without contract break fee. vote set with unanimus approval.

bernard has new person for a roomate, coming to next meeting for meet and greet. ivy says they aresteward now, send them emails.
