(Leah) discuss wording and intent of member review policy to clarify expectations and requirements of a member review posting and make amendments to house manual as needed. consider if a simple majority “acceptance” or QC process of posted member reviews should be required to ensure house process is not abused or bypassed, without adjudicating the member review prematurely or infringing the right to bring one in accordance with house process and manual. discuss if 3 signatures must be on posted member review prior to adding its announcement to meeting agenda, and whether adding the (co-signed) review announcement to the agenda is a required step for a valid announcement, or if member review announcements may be made at the immediately following meeting even if 3 signatures were collected after the agenda cut-off, under normal circumstances.
