Agenda Item 1

(Cory) Void/rescind notice to vacate issued on 9/5/2023 to Tracy Fuller as it was not issued in accordance with our policies on determining if a behavior contract violation has occurred.

Refer to the quoted policy. >If a member believes that the member under behavioral contract has violated this contract at any point during its duration, they can bring it to a house meeting as such. There is no need to go through the membership review procedure again at this point. The membership will simply discuss and vote on whether the member breached their contract. An affirmative vote of a simple majority will result in eviction [HM 10-6-13].

Corey: We should do this to follow our own rules

Item passed unanimously

Agenda Item 2

(Stormie) As per the labor charts that were sent out by the labor czar there is a violation on the behavior contract for Tracy Fuller. He signed his behavior contract on 08/20/2023 which states that he can not miss more than five hours of labor in any one month period for six months. For the labor week starting 08/21/23 and the week starting 08/28/23 the combined missed hours were 5.5 missed hours of labor. This constitutes a violation of the behavior contract.

Josh: we have pushed this off for so long ad left this to Stomie and I even gave him several extra chances

Stormie, he was already 3.3 hours of no shows before the behavior contract was signed after the member review

POI: how much of this was in a calendar month?

Bernard: he signed out of 2 hours from 8/20 to 8/31, meaning the reminder were no shows

Stormie: And from 9/1 to today (9/10) he signed up 1 hour and the rest are no shows

Stormie: Though that isn’t the only rule that is broken, there is the fact he is supposed to notify an officer if he isn’t able to complete labor, and he has not notified anyone

Russ: has he been notified of this item?

Stormie: it was put on the mailing list

Russ: he is active on the mailing list, he would have know about this then

Josh: everyone has tried to help him and talk to him, and have provided every opportunity

Corey: we didn’t give any measurable metric, but he didn’t make any attempt as far as anyone is concerned, then again how much can we rely on that?

Stormie: how do even enforce his labor if we do say this isn’t okay

Corey: I think this will be moot in 3 days as he will pass the threshold definitely, and we don’t have to worry about the details of this one part

Len: I just have trouble with the fact that he doesn’t respect the rules or the Coop

Corey: I just want to say that I don’t say these things as my own opinion, but as how this will be seen by an outside observer who will strive to give the maximum for a Defendant

Stormie: to split hairs, if you go by an even split on each day for the labor, the hours missed in Aug would be close to 4.9 hours and September as of today would be 5.1 hours

Bernard: I don’t like the splitting, I am saying we can’t let him slide

Motion to vote on if behavior contract has been violated

Votes: 9 Votes yes, 2 No votes, 3 Abstain

Simple majority passes, eviction will be placed

Agenda Item 3

(Joshua Pineda) If Tracey ends up departing LRC, we need to discuss organizing efforts for his roommate. We need to insure their needs moving forward and work to be able to fulfill those needs.

wewe Josh: We need to make sure Dwyane will be okay with Tracy leaving.

We need you to make a list in order to know

New business

Len: We had a new member in 103 but they moved in before I could meet for lease or deposit. I will get that from them asap
