Russ the bookkeeper has quarters!

Logan is stepping down as maintenance coordinator, so special elections will be happening. Stormie is handling it for now, and Kate is handling some contractors. There'll be a 3 day schedule for nominations and 3 days for voting, so hopefully we'll have a new coordinator by next week.

We're getting more portable AC units for 207, which is also out. We're getting 111 AC replaced as well, and a contractor for the 210 shower issue this week.

Don't use Drano on the plumbing! It's old copper pipes. Liquid Plumbr is fine.

Moment of appreciation for Logan's tenure as maintenance coordinator, and how they got us out of a mess.
