Bernard: please leave the outlet bug zappers where they are plugged in: i have them set up in specific spots for a reason and moving them leads to flies, so please make sure that if you have to unplug them, you put them back where they were

Corey: i stepped down as FCO for CHEA so i am not technically able to sign checks, natalie can do it but it may be difficult

Bernard: at GMM david said he would help with that until Jamie can get on the books

Maggie: can we solve this or do we just have to wait…

Corey: we have to wait i fear, the bank requires a resolution from the board to add new people to the bank accounts.

Serenity: i also really dont like that David is in charge of our checks.

Corey: second new business item, i have labor i need to fill now and would like to work on getting the commons to a more clean and useable state

Toast: there are still labor holiday things we can work on if you want to help with that.

Serenity: i will be in touch about assignments!

Kate: we will have to probably replace the grates.

Diana: you can clean the ducts with a hair dryer

Jess: i am interested in helping so i can learn how to clean ducts for my own place

Bernard: also!!! remember to clean up after parties bc we cannot get the commons up and running, and only a few people on commons clean.

Corey: try doing a pass through when you are planning on turning in for the night. if there are things folks want to improve the commons let us know.

Maggie: question about finance stuff; last month momey was tight because of maintenance, can NASCO help with that?

Corey: NASCO reimburses us for that.

Maggie: if there is an imminent maintenance issue that a cheaper contractor would take longer, can we get a more expensive contractor to come sooner?

Ivy: We did do that for the plumber but it cost a lot.

Don: i need a garbage disposal and my pipes are not draining.

Toast: i can take care of that

Bernard: we also need to fill that hole
