• Failure to maintain a reasonably clean and sanitary living space.
• Failure to routinely clean up pet waste.
• Frequently smoking cigarettes within the unit.

The above reasons have often created an unsafe and unhealthy living environment and thus prevented the co-op from renting out that space to any prospective members.
