Beryl: I will be doing bulk trash pickup, so let me know if you have large items

Bernard: the party went off well, thanks to everyone for that

Lorenzo: a family member is coming over to see if they want to stay, I'm not sure if it will work out or not, wanted to give everyone a heads up

(Beryl/Serenity) Had a problem with my bank that is causing a delay in being able to transfer funds to pay my rent; asking the house if the late fee could be waived because the reason im not paying before late fees would be applied is due to circumstances outside my control.

Beryl: my card stopped working right before I had to pay rent, the bank said a new card is on the way but it hasn’t arrived yet
Gardenia: the card should be coming soon and we’ll be able to pay then
Gardenia: if we still have more days to pay we can table this
Paul: Rent is due on the seventh, late fees start after that

Russ: do we have concerns and friendly amendments?
Paul: I purpose we add text to waive late fees for this month

Gardenia: I talked to David about the dryer, he was on vacation for a while and he was doing some stuff with Sasona, I’ll start calling the place myself until someone there can tell me why we paid half of a $500 fee and now they are refusing to talk to us
Bernard: we need to get that soon because the good dryer is going to break and we won't have any dryer
Gardenia: I believe we talked to them before and they said they were waiting on a part but it has been a long time
Russ: if we want to go to the place I can give people a ride

Jeb: I'm compiling a list of orientation related questions. This could be helpful to new people.
