Bernard: We might get a councillor from the VA coming by because of the ongoing pest issue.

(Gardenia) Propane Tanks are being stored improperly in the kids closets, David noticed this and made a point that it is a huge safety concern.

Gardenia: I met David recently and he stressed it. I want him to have peace of mind that the commons is not going to blow up.

Point of information: We investigated and we believe they belong to a contractor. We’re texting him about them now.

Bernard: There's a guy with a backpack hanging around the back alley the last two nights. He left as soon as I saw him. Keep alert.
