Hard to give exact date; full-time caregiver for family currently. Hopefully sometime in June.

(Corey) CHEA Board meeting on Thursday. Also eviction court on Thursday.

(Toast on behalf of Frog) Show on 3/14 moved to a different location.

(Serenity) Per your contract, maintenance can enter your unit without you being present. If there's a scheduling conflict, we have to eventually go in when you're not present to do needed maintenance work. If it becomes a pattern of behavior, you can be member reviewed for it.

(Reyna) Laundry room leak has been fixed - it was the tub in 207. Should be all good now.

(Mikayla) Will bring steam cleaner to clean 208 floors.

(Toast) If you need labor hours, please work on cleaning 208.
