(Ivy) We should have a way for people to add or suggest agenda items besides adding stuff via the website; we could make a laminated form that lives on the commons door for people to add items, and after a set deadline (ex: standard agenda deadline) whatever is on the form will be on that weeks agenda, and anything posted after will be deferred to the following week's meeting or discussed as new business.

(Richard) discuss and plan our upcoming labor holiday
