Failure to maintain a reasonably clean and sanitary living space. Failure to routinely clean up pet waste. Frequently smoking cigarettes within the unit.

The above reasons have often created an unsafe and unhealthy living environment and thus prevented the co-op from renting out that space to any prospective members.
