(Paul) Add the possibility of a “limited membership review,” a membership review that does not permit eviction, only “no action” or “behavioral contract,” to our membership review policy description.

At the end of the paragraph beginning “A membership review is a public review …” add the sentence: A “limited membership review” is identical to a membership review except that eviction is not an immediate possibility.

At the end of the paragraph beginning “Behavioral contract violation reviews …” add the sentence: Members may call limited membership reviews as membership reviews below, except the publicly posted reasons include the words “limited membership review” instead of “membership review.”

(Paul) Raise the minimum voting threshold for behavioral contract violation reviews to result in eviction from “simple majority” to “2/3rds.”

(Paul) (Assuming limited membership reviews pass) At the end of the paragraph describing automatic membership reviews for labor in the “No-shows” section of our manual, add the sentence: A member’s first automatic membership review shall be a limited membership review.

(Paul) (Assuming limited membership reviews pass) Any automatic membership review for labor placed because of reported February or March 2024 no-shows shall be a limited membership review.
