(Gatlin) Approve text of Yarrow's labor-related behavior contract (standard text):
“Eviction Hold-off agreement. 1) Will not exceed 5 gross no-show hours for regularly assigned labor in each of the three months starting September 1, 2019. The no-shows can be assessed as fines or make-up labor. 2) Will pay labor fines for July hours. 3) Will create a labor plan to make up any owed hours with the Labor Czar.
Gatlin: I'd like to amend my own proposal to strike everything after “2019” We only proposed and passed bullet point 1.
Amendment passes as friendly.
Item approved unanimously.
(Gatlin) Automatic labor-related review of Vaidy for earning more than 8 gross no-show hours for the month of July.
Gatlin: This is an automatic review of Vaidy for labors that he did but didn't sign for. This is an administrative thing that should be resolved just fine.
Vaidy: I will not defend my lack of action of labor. Bad organization and time management on my part.
Richard: Let's do the standard labor contract. This is his first labor review too.
Straw poll is for Behavioral contract
Standard Eviction hold-off agreement:
1) Will not exceed 5 gross no-show hours for regularly assigned labor in each of the three months starting September 15, 2019.
Eviction hold-off agreement approved.
Maintenance: We're going to start work on enlarging the pipes this week.
Board member: We're seeking legal counsel to help analyze our ROC-USA network agreement. Brian McGivern is the lawyer we reached out to, part of the local National Lawyer's Guild. Now is the time for any members who want to get involved with that process to chime in.
