(Richard) Proposal: At least monthly, every coordinator must report on their work done in the prior month–either at the regularly scheduled coordinators meeting or in writing to the Steward. If a coordinator has not reported before the end of a month, they must be no-showed by the Steward for 1/3 of prior month's labor hours for which the coordinator is responsible. The coordinator shall then have the normal amount of time to make up the labor and halve no-show penalty (from 1/3 to 1/6).
If a coordinator has not reported during the month of July 2017 by the time the month is over, they will be warned by the Steward instead of no-showed.
Example: The Membership Coordinator is responsible for three hours of labor per week. The Membership Coordinator failed to report during February on work done in January, The Steward therefore no-shows the Membership Coordinator for five hours: 1/3 of three hours, times five weeks falling on January. The next day, the Membership Coordinator sends the Steward a late report, making up the missed labor and reducing the no-show penalty from five hours to 2.5.
(Richard) The Outreach Coordinator has full discretion on adding and removing partner organizations. If the office of Outreach Coordinator is unfilled, the responsibility is transferred to the Membership Coordinator. The responsible coordinator must maintain an up-to-date official list of partner organizations. The list may not be publicized, but any member of the coop may see it on request.
(Burgess) Aundre has generously offered a piano which he has recently come across. He'll tune it once it is placed. Suggest, the terrarium as a good place for it.
