Richard: Is looking toward a labor holiday in March, will post a suggestion sheet tomorrow and will leave it up for a week.
Richard: Review of claimed labor credits, only one challenge
William: Concerns about how things are going in the kitchen: sometimes food is undercooked, sometimes there is duplication of dishes, e.g., 2 lentil dishes and 2 rice dishes at the same meal. Marilyn: she's heard it said that the some cooking is flavorless/bland and that quantities are too small, especially if some people come early and take a lot.
