Reyna: i now have income disclosure forms for july 1st rent increase, will bring them to next week's meeting. additionally, we cannot discuss some aspects of the agenda item for this week for legal reasons.

(Frog) inquire about the status of aaron and mikayla's eviction and the reason for delays, as well as discussing ongoing safety concerns regarding retaliatory behavior from aaron towards members

Ivy: to be clear: i am aware we cannot discuss the eviction proceedings, but i wanted it to be on the record that Something is being done about the eviction, as originally this agenda item was presented under the assumption that nothing is being done about this situation at all given that things have escalated and members felt physically unsafe.

Reyna: things are in progress, and members can reach out to myself or other officers if they want more details.
