(Ivy) Aaron, new labor czar, now has access to labor email, and Richard has also helped with access, and so please expect to hear from Aaron.

(Mikayla) - Labor system is being updated, so please expect Aaron to reach out and keep logging your hours.

(Frog) Sunday 2/15 around 8pm (after the meeting), Valentine's movie party - set up TV in the courtyard. Please send general romance or valentine's movie suggestions to Frog (email, discord, or paper list posted to commons)

(Corey) CHEA Board meeting is this Thursday at Sasona, but everyone is welcome to attend digitally. Please check your email for the virtual meeting link.. Next NP Board meeting is in March.

(standing ) rat updates

(Toast) Came by all units last week to check traps. Will be by this week to fill holes. If you want to fill holes yourself, please contact Toast and be sure to note the labor hours.

(Bernard) Do not put rat poison in the walls to kill rats. Once they die in the walls, the terribly not-fun smell builds up. Ask for maintenance team help.

(kate) Approve new payment plan for Don Marshall

Don was supposed to be on the agenda last week, but he's made payments already, signed a payment plan with Tif, and just needs to be approved.
