Nynke: need folks helping out with dwayne since benefits were cut for his assistance. Would love to work up a schedule for coverage but priority is many folks checking in frequently & pitching in to make light work of the chores he needs help with (laundry, cleaning, etc)

— Frog: Dryer repair contractor ghosted us, dunno if we can get our money back? Nynke: may be good for folks who can do so conveniently to take their laundry to a laundromat to reduce bottleneck – - Frog: Some have been rude/passive-aggressive with MaintCo (serenity) or the discussion email in voicing concerns about our pest problem, please be kind & courteous to our hardworking officers. For the time being please email steward for non-rat-related maintenance issues so they can be triaged (plumbing/electrical/etc)
