+Beryl: Fred occupies a room here. A contract has not been signed. He paid the deposit. He only paid $300 of the deposit. There were issues at his old place, and there was a fire.
+Clarifying question: Why are these steps being skipped?
+Beryl: Is it possible to put the rest of his deposit on a payment plan?  Point of information: It’d take an agenda item, and usually we don’t allow it.
