Present: Donny, Paul (facilitating), Chris, Corey, Cynthia, Hannah, Garrett, Amanda, Timothy, Burgess, Marilyn (minutes), Mike
(Donny) It is 6 days to our labor holiday. What are we doing?
Burgess: We should go ahead and frame the time and meals.
Donny: Labor Czar will be back today and post the sign up sheets for projects; Donny is not sure what maintenance projects are on the list.
Hannah: How will this be organized on Friday, and when will it start on Saturday?
Garrett: Requests that the labor holiday start after noon on Friday.
Burgess: Recommends Saturday 10 a.m. start, which Donny agrees with.
Hannah: We should know when the keg arrives, as that makes people likely to show up together and have fun.
Donny proposes that food and keg arrive about 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Garrett: Reminds us that knocking out walls in the pantry and courtyard power washing, deep clean of kitchen and wash-down of breezeway were on the list. William has said he wants to finish the work on the garden beds.
Burgess: Proposes that food and beer arrive at 2 p.m. Saturday. There will not be a Saturday dinner as the Saturday cooks will be making the lunch. He also recommends that Friday dinner be prepared as usual, which was widely accepted. Sign up list needed for cooks.
Burgess: Tomorrow the moon will be at its closest for the next 70 years.
Hannah: Neighborhood Association is at Reedemer Lutheran tomorrow at 7; the La Re posse will walk over at 6:40; this is a chance to learn more about your community.
Timothy: He has a sofa to give someone; would need some to pick it up; he will bring a table to donate as well.
Burgess: There will be a Thanksgiving dinner in the Commons between 2 and 3. We will need another turkey for Nolan to cook. Invite friends and family.
