Mike: Filling all of our June openings came right down to the wire. I think this was for several reasons, but one was that we had a couple in a room in 207, the other room in the apartment needed to be filled, and a couple people turned down the room because they did not want to live with a couple. I think this would be less of an issue if the room was priced more attractively for the person living with the couple. Mike: Filling all of our June openings came right down to the wire.
