Kate: have you looked at our website?

Rosario: i skimmed to look at the labor and rent.

Kate: cool! are you looking for a single room or a whole unit

Rosario: single room; what is the pet policy? also what about labor

Kate: pets are fine, just make sure its chill with roommates, there is also a $50/pet per deposit

Rosario: cool… i dont think i have any questions but i will think of them.

Ivy: since this is your first meeting, you have to come to a second meeting and be approved.

(Frog) renegotiating payment plan (giving updates on job/rental assistance stuff)

(Frog) renegotiating payment plan (giving updates on job/rental assistance stuff)

Nynke: i have been in talks with a rental assistance program from a church, but they dont want to pay unless we provide a proof of income stream. frog is waiting to find out when she starts, and once she does so i will be applying for ssdi.

Corey: a look at numbers; total debt is $6267, normal rent for yall is $806.67, so with a payment plan split over 24 months it would be $1060 monthly.

Kate: does that work?

Nynke: yes.

Diana: do they have income + can they not wait?

Ivy: they cant wait, there isnt a lot of time to approve a payment plan for the length they need.

Corey: to be clear, folks with notices have until august 5 to get on a payment plan, ask the house to rescind or get on a payment plan

Agenda Item 2

(Beryl) discuss voiding notice to vacate/renegotiating payment plan

tabled due to being moot.

Agenda Item 3

(jamie) clarification about amount owed in backrent and repealing sadie's notice to vacate

Jamie: we were told we could pay prorated rent for first month, so one of our first months rent we paid only $300-something, and theres a $200-something balance.

Corey: i have to double check lease stuff but i can work with yall outside the meeting.

agenda item tabled.

Agenda Item 4

(Mikayla) Discuss Rescinding Notice To Vacate and signing payment plan

email was sent, we want to do $400/week until the debt is paid off.

Kate: doing some math to see what the minimum amount yall would need to pay to get everything paid off, please hold. it would be an additional $390 a month.

Mikayla: i will get with yall about online payments as well, it would be easier

Kate: if you dont hear from bookkkeeper or corey, treasurer, pester us

Agenda Item 5

(angelia) want to host a fundraiser show at La Re to raise money for school supplies

PBE Collective (who has wanted to work with us) wants to host a school fundraiser show on august 14/15, flexible about start time

Ivy: is there more info?

Angelia: not sure, they need to know by today.

Richard: as long as its within local noise ordinances it should be fine

Aaron+Mikayla: volume cant be over 83 decibels, and we cant go past 10pm

Angelia: i should tell them yes right?

Kate: yes, but they need to follow noise ordinances, be done by ten and not go over 83 decibels.

New business

i have something but i will post it to the door to go on next week.

Richard: how many notices are resolved?

Corey: a handful of people paid in full, a handful still need to get on the agenda and resolution will be quick.
