(Steward) Officer reports

Bernard (Kitchen Manager): we need to deep clean everything
Paul: FNB has been cleaning up well

Rayna (Membership Coordinator): Jen is moving in tomorrow, Isabel on the second. We lost 2 people

Nynka: Frog suggests letting tracy move back as a nonmember as and accommodation for Dwayne.

Beryl (Steward): Gilberto has been patching rat holes, the soffit. David has bids on the rest of the soffit.
Richard: haven’t we been waiting for this for a while
Cory: he has collected 6 bids because NP wanted to have a lot of options. We can now pick a bid
Beryl: have been trying to get in touch with dryer repair man
Cory: we have glass coming to replace the window

Leah: I’m on the accounts and a have cards for official business.

Tiff (Bookkeeper): we took back quarters and Russ deserves an hour of labor for everything

Cory: we started paying NP, we payed 75,000 and we owe more, there will be more reports soon

Kate: we have been paying nasco, I will get recipes for 203 deposit, 207 will not get deposit

Richard (Maintenance Coordinator): I have set up a database for maintenance stuff, it should automate a bunch of duties

Paul (Nasco rep): I went to the quarterly board meeting for two seven hour meetings, they are dealing with a bunch of other coop stuff. Nasco institute will be in Ann Arbor in November.

Ivy (CHEA board rep): GMM happened, it required a lot of work, it seemed to go well, things are coming a long.

Alyssa(Events Coordinator): I sent an email about allergies and preferences, There will be a Libra party late September, probably 27th, details to follow, please fill out questionnaire.

Bernard: did we get a email from food buyer, There isn’t any report from food buyer, Not seen any communication.
Cory: any two people can do a officer review

Cory: Here are the bins, everybody gets two, they fit into the pantry very will. Rats can get through, but we will give you a better one of they damage it.
Bernard: we need to have this be the new standard, not a temporary thing.
Cory: There is a document that shows how to store food

(Corey) Proposal that starting immediately and until further notice, all cooking, eating, and food prep activities shall be prohibited within the commons unit. This is intended to help inhibit the ongoing pest control issues.

Cory: this is to decrease the amount of food traffic to keep rats away.
Bernard: we need to stop the rats, they need to be stopped for everybody’s safety.
Ivy: cooks can clean instead of cooking, that would be helpful
Richard: we should have signs
Nynka: I volunteer my oven if people want to use it

Bernard: two people have been staying here and have keys and the act like they live here. The two residents should play by the rules too. Jill/Pickles guests have been here for about a month.
