+Toast: unfortunately it is the nature of contractors. either we pay a LOT more into the co-op in rent for same day plumbers or we save literal thousands of dollars on plumbers who still do good work.
+Kate: they also do a better job and more work for the lower prices they charge; it is much more worth it for us to work with BATS plumbing
+Reyna: if you are having ongoing maintenance issues it may be worth it to ask for a rent credit; unlike complexes that have round the clock skilled maintenance (bc they charge an arm and a leg in rent) our maintenance team is mostly just like. whoever lives here...
