+Corey: i stepped down as FCO for CHEA so i am not technically able to sign checks, natalie can do it but it may be difficult

+Maggie: question about finance stuff; last month money was tight because of maintenance, can NASCO help with that?
+Corey: NASCO reimburses us for that.
+Maggie: if there is an imminent maintenance issue that a cheaper contractor would take longer, can we get a more expensive contractor to come sooner?
+Ivy: We did do that for the plumber but it cost a lot.
+Don: i need a garbage disposal and my pipes are not draining.
