+(Serenity) Per your contract, maintenance can enter your unit without you being present. If there's a scheduling conflict, we have to eventually go in when you're not present to do needed maintenance work. If it becomes a pattern of behavior, you can be member reviewed for it.
+(Reyna) Laundry room leak has been fixed - it was the tub in 207. Should be all good now.
