(Corey) - Possibly pending power shut-off for southern building.

(Diana) - Propose a round-robin introduction for new members/meet and greet

(Corey) Ban McAllen Halsey from the co-op. McAllen would likely not pass our membership threshold requirements. He has been known to engage in harassment behaviors, have angry outburts. Previously, he was a Sasona member, and that complicated things, but he is not currently a CHEA member. Would like to close this chapter.

No stated concerns or amendments.

Motion passes unanimously. McAllen is banned from La Re property and communications.

(Corey) 104 cleaning is going swimmingly. Please be mindful of tossing stuff into the bulk dumpster as there's still some items to throw out. Next is vacuum and mopping, and some light maintenance work, which will be picked up by the maintenance team. Should be ready in the next week or so.
