1. CHEA Board made the decision to terminate Dwaine’s lease, and he has been served with a notice to vacate.

2. Member review posted for Chinhae “The Gash” Yeongno for:

  * destruction of property
  * gross negligence
  * unauthorized access to maintenance supplies

This morning, Bernard saw a white woman with a dog at the back of the co-op property, trying to get the padlock off the ladder/supply area. She was also taking photos and videos of the cars in the parking lot. She said they were looking for a missing young woman and that her phone had pinged in this area. She then got into a white panel van that was parked at another property with 2 other white men. If you’re parking in the parking lot, please be sure to secure your belongings and stay aware of the surrounding area!
