Frog, steward: I'm counting ballots for labor czar & food buyer tomorrow evening, so you have about 24 hours to turn in your ballot if you haven't already.

Ivy, board: I posted a survey about GMM timing with a due date after the board meeting where we're deciding on a date. Please fill out that survey before this Thursday at 8.

Point of information: Board meeting this Thursday! We're discussing a lot this week.

Point of information: Sasona has a Restaurant Depot membership, so we should piggy-back on that. We need to talk to them more.

Point of information: If you make a mess in the commons, clean it up! There was motor oil on the commons floor.

Point of information: Please clean up after yourself - we don't want any extra food for the pests.

Jill, grounds: I'm leaving tomorrow for work. Don't water during the day while I'm gone.

(Paul) Approve a new payment plan for Jill.

Jill: I've had multiple financial issues this month so I'm behind. I can pay $300 now but that's about it. When I get back from this week's job I'll have another $1000 for the co-op. There'll be other jobs later this month too. I'm joining a union and that'll be better pay going forward, so I'm good for it.

Clarifying question: Do you need to sign a new lease?

Jill: I don't think so.

Financial officer: She owes $2276, so that would be $380/month for a six-month or $190/month for a year-long payment plan, on top of your rent.

Jill: I can make either of those work.
