Ivy sent out a survey to the discussion group about the GMM date, the general membership meeting. Everyone should respond! It’s happening at La Reunion, so it’s important to figure out.

Jill the grounds coordinator will be at work for nine days, and other people will have to fill in the gaps of watering.

Kate, house treasurer: Budget meeting next week! We’ll have 3 budgets for your consideration. It’s happening.

Reyna, membership: We have a new member, Kaye! She moved into Russ’s unit.

(Kate (on behalf of Don)) Don missed a payment plan payment. he would like to request a new payment plan from the house.

Kate: Talked with Don about the issue. We couldn’t sign a payment plan because he’s on month-to-month, but he can pay the whole amount shortly, so once that happens we should be golden.

We need more ADA-compliant bathrooms.

Dao: I’d like to use the compost bin.

Point of information: That’s the compost company’s bin. It gets picked up Wednesday.

Clarifying question: From where it sits in the courtyard?  POI: Yeah.

Richard, maintenance: The pest holes outside are covered. The ones still inside might try to escape in unorthodox ways.
