Ivy, board: General Membership Meeting (GMM) needs to happen, and we’ll have a survey soon for the GMM date. The board passed a budget already so we’ll be able to talk about other things.

Cory: We’ll probably discuss the house budget at the end of the month.

(Leah) Decide on preferred paint color(s) for the upcoming repair work to the upper exterior surfaces (fascia/soffit/etc) of the La Reunion building

Clarifying question: What area is that?

Point of information: The bottom of the overhang and the sides of the outside.

POI: It doesn’t sound like anyone feels strongly about this.

POI: We picked a specific yellow for the outside. My proposal would be to paint the bottom of the overhang yellow and the sides black - the same color that they already are.

CQ: Do you have those paint colors? POI: I know which colors they are, yes.

CQ: What if we made it blue?

POI: Like, a lighter blue - aquamarine, maybe. But that’s more a conversation for the courtyard.

**Amendment: Paint the exterior fascia the same colors they are currently - yellow and black.**

**Amendment accepted.**

POI: The gutters are green. When we build more we can continue to keep those green.
