Maggie: i have a flexible living situation, but id like a whole unit ideally.

Romario: yes, i have a few.

one, what utilities are covered under rent, and how long are leases usually?

Serenity: we cover water and gas, but electricity and Internet is up to you.

Ivy: we have our own wifi, but its not as good in certain areas so u may want to get ur own.

Romario: is there roommate matching?

Serenity: yes, our membership coordinator handles this.

Reyna: i try to introduce prospective roommates.

Romario: what about deposits?

Reyna: 1 month rent. move in costs are a deposit plus first months rent, and first month's rent will be prorated if you move in.

Romario: and lease lengths?

Reyna: starting off its 6 months or a year, but we have exceptions for shorter leases, and longer leases need house approval.

Serenity: anything else?

Romario: nope!
