Bernard- need to reppst sign to door of commons and possibly email about being sick and working in commons/DCU. If such wear a mask and gloves and get carefully of speaking germs. \\
And convo about commons for kitchen between maintenance, Cory, and Bernard about kitchen opening. \\

Reyna- New person on stairs that needs not be here, watch out for outsiders here to just loitering. \\

Bernard- I have wires on things(cameras) just knock on my door to ask to see things. \\
\\
Ivy- pbe wants to have show oct16th with type o negative. If have questions please ask ivy or speak now. \\

Frog- is it Beth's band? \\
\\
Kate- make sure look up decimbals to keep sound under, about a 10om cut off for music amplified. Long as not running super late and going super loud should be ok. \\

Frog- not many come before 10pm, it's a problem. Have ways to help dampen noise.\\
\\
Reyna - this isn't a big problem, they are approaching us, they have to follow what we lay down. \\

Frog- if bands want to play we need to craft a way out works and actually happens. \\

Bernard- Cory would know, Richard too, we had love bands here before. They perform for events. \\
\\
Kate- they are city ordinance, owners next door does care now over not caring before, we need be mindful of code enforcement. \\

Frog- action plan to this is dealing with neighbors. \\

Ivy- it's mentioned is emo and soft music for this event. Should be quieter music. \\

Reyna- should send an email to see who she's too do this event? \\

Kate- smaller stuff in commons, dampened the noise a little. Show could be small to be inside- fire code.\\

Serenity- I think I'd did it in past, could do it again. Email is good idea and first step. Gauge house opinion before vote. \\

Frog- would be worth it to see how 21st st solves problems like this? \\

Don- been here very long and seen people play, could play through garage area lesson noise. \\

Bernard - should all older members of community how they did it\\

Kate- bands who want to play should provide own sound set up\\

Don- coffee is good, not seen police here before for events\\

Kate- not so much police as is neighbors calling code enforcement \\
\\
Frog- willing to dedicate time to help finishes this event really want it to happen. More people want to use co-op for venue and willing to help put in work to make it happen. \\

Maggie- do something just co-op loud music first to text Waters. \\

Reyna - should complie and follow rules no problem. \\

Bernard - if we can tell people who want to do things here if can give more notice more in advance would be better. More than a month ahead preferably
