Also, not meant as a personal attack, but have concerns with the incoming Treasurer not being in good financial standing with the house, without a payment plan.

+Corey (Financial Control Officer) - Will be taking over a lot of treasurer duties on the interim. Many people eligible for notices to vacate. Will start prepping them in the future - timing will be weird because it'll be the start of the new month. First due date in July isn't until the 7th. If you know you owe money, please do something about it, so we don't have a meeting with 10 people getting on a payment plan.

+(Corey) - They go hand-in-hand: if you want a new contract you need to get on a payment plan. I'd take their current contract end date and not let them extend it, would be my compromise.
