+Reyna (Membership Coordinator) - 1 unit available, people interested in moving in. Also have contract addendums, will clip them to people's doors.
+Ivy (Steward) - Finally have my own wiki login again - will start working on going thru emails and adding missing meeting minutes. Once labor czar can assign someone to the Wiki Maintainer position, they can help with that.
+Serenity (Labor Czar) - Need to start onboarding process to get into the labor account.
+Toast (Maintenance) - Finishing the list of all the issues in each unit - please email [email protected] with any issues! Also working with David to finish up the fascia.
+Kate (Treasurer) - Last meeting as Treasurer; getting all remaining receipts in and some of our processes documented for our accountant. Accountant would like to work with us to develop new processes. Also, not meant as a personal attack, but have concerns with the incoming Treasurer not being in good financial standing with the house, without a payment plan.
+(Corey) - The Board has to sign off on all new accounts, and I don't see the Board signing off on this, so we might have a Treasurer who can't spend money.
+(Kate) - Would like to take over wiki maintainer as labor going forward to help clean up the wiki.

+Corey (Financial Control Officer) - Will be taking over a lot of treasurer duties on the interim. Many people eligible for notices to vacate. Will start prepping them in the future - timing will be weird because it'll be the start of the new month. First due date in July isn't until the 7th. If you know you owe money, please do something about it, so we don't have a meeting with 10 people getting on a payment plan.
+(Kate) Corey sent out an email regarding this, and there's a link to rental assistance programs that can at the very least reduce the amount of debt you're in to the co-op.

+Given the fact that a lot of these notices to vacate haven't gone out yet, and a lot of people will work on getting on payment plan, having a time lag to start the new rules makes sense.

+Currently owe $2770. Need a year, have appointments for rental assistance this week. Would be an extra $230/month plus base rent.

+(Corey) - Technically, need to get in good standing, which would require getting on a payment plan.
+(Kate) - Rules might state that, but we have not been abiding by that.
+(Reyna) - Most people who need a payment plan also want a new contract.
+(Corey) - They go hand-in-hand: if you want a new contract you need to get on a payment plan. I'd take their current contract end date and not let them extend it, would be my compromise.
