(Corey) Add a restriction that a payment plan may not cover more than 3 months of rent. Effective beginning July 1st 2026.

(Corey) Add a restriction that a payment plan may not be for a term longer than 1 calendar year. Effective beginning July 1st 2026.

(Corey) Add a restriction that the house may not renegotiate a broken payment plan, such decisions will need approval from the CHEA Board. Effective beginning July 1st 2026.
