Maradith C. (1<sup>st</sup>  meeting) – currently lives in south Austin, automotive science degree, no co-op experience but has lived in a place where decisions were made communally. Wants to move in during the next 2 months. No pets.

Labor Holiday update (Ivy) – Thank you to everyone who showed up to labor holiday. If you could not make it, please reach out to maintenance or labor to get scheduled and plugged in. In a couple weeks, Jill is going to do a big garden overhaul, and would appreciate extra hands. Date TBD. Lots of paperwork left by a previous member that needs to be shredded in the commons. Let maintenance and labor know what your schedule availability is for make-up.

(Serenity) Makeup labor is mandatory! You’ll likely receive a labor fine if you can’t get with me or Aaron to get it scheduled in a timely manner.

Clothing Swap (Toast) – Next Sunday 5/24 12-5pm will be a clothing swap, with Vita pharmacy rep coming out to talk about gender affirming care.

Rat updates

(Serenity) 203 has had rat reports, but no other new reports. 203 rat plan forthcoming.

(Toast) planning to do another round of rat checks soon since a bunch of people moved in.

(Ilya) I need a payment plan for rent.

(Serenity) Talk with Tif, Bookkeeper, to get on a payment plan.

(Bernard) We need to trim weeds. Grounds workers need to do it, and people should be assigned to Grounds team if they need help.

(Serenity) Zo let me know earlier today that the big industrial fridge in the commons is opening by itself now.

(Maradith) They make lock handles that bolt and latch on both sides, so you don’t have to replace the seal.
