(Kaye Kunz) I have a surgery in the beginning of august which will put me out of work for two months. I was wondering if I could be given grace for those two months of payments? Is there rent forgiveness for hospitalization? Not sure but someone might have mentioned that.

Point of information: This was answered over email. No late fees, and she can get on a payment plan for the rent while she was gone.

Clarifying question: She’s going to be gone and going to be staying with a friend and doing rehab. I’m on medical leave from my job after my brain surgery. Does that count?

POI: I’d say so.

POI: The language in our rules is about being in the hospital.

POI: Maybe we should amend that next week.

**Kaye’s late fees and labor will be waived while she is gone, two months from 5th of August.**

POI: I moved the shopping cart over off the property. Someone dumped it over there after I moved it.

POI: The right commons door doesn’t work like it should. People leave it unlocked. It shouldn’t be able to be unlocked. I’ve gotten up a few times at night and it’s unsecured.

CQ: How do we feel about the yellow room being used as bike storage?

POI: Negatively? It’s always been storage. We could get a pool table or gym equipment.

We paid for a dryer contractor but they assessed it needed a new ignition board, we paid for half the part already, and we’re waiting on them.
