Beryl, maintenance: Pest control should be out Tuesday between 11 and noon. Someone to look at the dryers should also be out here that day.

Ivy: Tentative date for our first kitchen meeting is Wednesday the 23rd at 5 pm. I also want to have a rules committee meeting and to plan the GMM.
