+Beryl: I’m the new maintenance coordinator, so you can talk to me. I’ll be replacing filters with David every three months. As far as cabinets and counters being replaced, it’s a triaging effort. There’s a lot of broken cabinets here.

+Point of information: We do replace them if they’re hazardous. People have upgraded units with their own money before, but it’s about $10,000 a kitchen. Stainless steel shelving upgrades would require tile underneath and would cost a similar amount. We’ve looked into it.
