Pickles wants to discuss rescinding the notice to vacate, presumably to get on a payment plan.

Clarifying question: This would be a delaying of the filing?

Point of information: Right.

Clarifying question: She’s not here, but did she leave a statement or send an email?

Point of information: She did not. I told her exactly how she could present her case but she did not.

Point of information: I personally can’t approve a rescinding unless there’s a partial payment up front. It’s been five months. We keep getting burned by people wanting to be on payment plans and then jetting.

Tif, bookkeeper: She hasn’t talked to me directly, just through Jill. She was never on a payment plan.

CQ: If she paid us even after we file, we could stop the process?

POI: Yeah, we could ask the court to drop it, but the filing costs money.

<We decide to put it on the agenda for next week, and request our officers hold off on filing for now.>
