Richard: Rat catchers and roach killers visited on Tuesday and Gilbert fixed the window sills on the south side of the property.

Kate: We need to fix the fascia to effectively prevent pests from entering the building

Richard: We need to figure out a consistent solution to our large trash issue. I like the axe party idea.

Kate: A/C in the commons pooped itself and flooded the HVAC cabinet. The thermostat was installed.

Gardenia: If anyone collects evidence (photos, videos, police reports, etc.) of the neighbor throwing things, please send it to Gardenia so the board can handle the situation. Board asks that nobody do anything blatantly retaliatory (threatening, throwing things back) because it will harm any legal proceedings. PLEASE feel free to put cameras facing out to the south parking lot so we can catch him.
